The ATM Research Alliance AT-One is the strategic alliance between between DLR's Institute of Flight Guidance and NLR's Air Transport Division. Both institutes have a long track record of providing innovative and independent approaches to Air Traffic Management research. With this vast experience AT-One is an unique Centre of Excellence for Air Traffic Management. AT-One provides customer oriented solutions based on a wide and deep knowledge supported by a complete network of research facilities.

The German Aerospace Centre (DLR) and the National Aerospace Laboratory of the Netherlands (NLR), two of the largest European aerospace research and development institutes, do fully recognise the need for international co-operation in Air Traffic Management. Therefore NLR and DLR formed a strategic alliance for Air Transport R&D by founding AT-One as an EEIG. AT-One combines the strength of DLR's Institute of Flight Guidance and NLR's Air Transport Division with offices in Amsterdam, Braunschweig and Brussels. AT-One provides integrated solutions on capacity, environment and safety for the Air Transport System of the future which includes Total Airport Management.
