Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS) Survey

Entry Point Northis conducting a survey for pilots and AFIS operators. The purpose of this short survey is to get further knowledge and understanding from the AFIS community in regards to local and national procedures and practices around the world.

The survey is divided into two areas one for pilots and one for AFIS officers.

The survey results will be presented at AFIS seminar that will be held at Entry Point North on 29th 30th of November 2011. Also all the participants of the survey can receive a copy of the completed analysis if they indicate their email address in the end of the survey.

The survey is totally anonymous, however the country of living and the optional airports of working (flying in and from) are of great interest when analyzing the result and trying to find national practices.
