Radar surveillance equipment.
1. The ADATS Delivery Team has a requirement to replace the Radar Remoting and Combing Capability currently provided by a small number of discrete systems. Each system provides the transfer of both Primary and Secondary Radar to remote Control/Display locations, but the systems vary in complexity dependant on the numbers of radars involved.
2. The remote Radar Data is used for airspace management of Air Traffic Control and Weapons Ranges, therefore the proposed solutions to the requirement must demonstrate equivalence with UK Civil Aviation Standards and certain military regulations.
