The RNZAF is soon to introduce into service eight (8) NH90 and five (5) A-109LUH helicopter aircraft to replace its ageing fleet of Iroquois UH1H in the Rotary Wing Transport Force role.
To maintain airworthiness and operational capability a requirement currently exists for an Aeronautical Navigation Database and Update service for both platforms. The data supplied must be compatible with the Flight Management System (FMS), Mission Planning, and Flight Planning Systems (FPS) of the NZDF NH90 and A-109LUH Helicopters. |
