| The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide support services to include program analysis, program management, technical, analytical and administrative skills to support the ATO mission. Support includes data gathering, information determination and dissemination that includes technical support and assistance to the FAA in the conceptualization, analysis, preparation, usage and dissemination of important ATO programs, projects and systems to other FAA organizations, as appropriate. Additionally, the selected vendor will obtain contractor engineering and technical support for performing Safety Risk Management analyses on changes to the National Airspace System. Systems engineering and technical support expertise are required in the Air Traffic Organization's effort. |
