Procument of a new Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR) to be located on or in close proximity to the existing PSR site.
GPA may alternatively procure new PSR and co-mounted Mode S capable Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR) or may alternatively procure a new PSR and Wide Area Multi Lateration (WAM) Surveillance System.
