As a Training Specialist, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your main responsibilities will be to lecture courses in Air Traffic Management with a focus on Initial Training. You will supervise and manage training in accordance with company manuals, supervise and manage participants of the various courses. We are looking for ATCOs with an interest in delivering Initial Training, Instructor and Assessor training and/or Human Factors/ Safety Training.
The training is delivered at our premises at Malmö Airport but also abroad at our subsidiaries or destinations decided by our clients. This includes:
These are fulltime, permanent positions, starting as soon as possible. The conditions of employment follow the general conditions of the collective agreement “Kommunikation” between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
As travelling comes with this position, you will have to be willing and able to travel for short or sometimes longer assignments. You are open-minded with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in education and training. You have a flexible mind-set and have no problems adapting to quick changes. As a person you are structured, organised and take initiative. You like to work in a team and are also comfortable to work autonomously.
Our working environment is international therefore you need to have good spoken and written communication skills in English. The role requires a common knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
