Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans) and Dubai Smart Government enter a new partnership to enhance Emaratisation efforts in the United Arab Emirates

During its participation at the Careers UAE exhibition, Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans), the leading air navigation services provider for Dubai and part of the Northern Emirates, announced its partnership with Dubai Smart Government, which outlines the commencement of the utilisation of “Dubai Careers” as its official and main recruitment and selection platform.

The strategic partnership between dans and Dubai Smart Government comes as an important initiative that is in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives that aim at enhancing and developing Emaritisation efforts for UAE nationals at the work place. Dubai Careers portal is considered the most efficient recruitment portal available as it utilises the World’s leading talent acquisition system “Taleo”, in addition to integrating both LinkedIn and Government Resource Planning platforms in its applicants’ center. These benefits create the best environment that facilitates for dans the opportunity to have access to the best local and national talent available in the United Arab Emirates.
