Global ATS Limited (GATS) Specialist Training completed for DGCA Kuwait

Global ATS Limited (GATS) UK completed training for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Kuwait in Air Traffic Services Message Handling Systems (AMHS).

The GATS Specialist Training provided the Kuwait students with Aeronautical Telecommunications Network (ATN) specifications of ICAO Doc 9880, the AMHS standard and services for AMHS users. The course addressed migration tools from the current AFTN to the new AMHS system with the objective of rapid implementation and operation.

DGCA Kuwait selected GATS on the basis of the company's ability to quickly implement this specialist course, with a Senior AFTN/AMHS/AIM Instructor versed in the technical process.

GATS have a range of Specialist Aviation Short Courses to offer including Airport Operations, Air Traffic Management and Safety Management.

All specialist courses by GATS are modular and can be adapted to the specific needs of any International Aviation organisation. The modules can be delivered individually, or as part of a more comprehensive training package.
