Communication services, lot 1: event management:

Main objectives are:

— the conceptual planning, design, organisation, set-up and management of events such as, but not limited to, conferences, exhibitions, trade fair stands, seminars, workshops or any other kind of event (e.g. press trip, high-level dinners, etc.) to promote the Agency's position,

— organisation of information campaigns with journalists specialised in aviation, or EU affairs,

— organisation of advertisement campaigns in specialised and general media.


Communication services, lot 2: communication strategy advice and crisis communication:

Main objectives/deliverables are:

— effective and high-quality external support for communication and crisis strategy advice,

— reports with recommendations and proposed actions,

— support in developing communication objectives, plans and campaigns.


Communication services, lot 3: supply of promotional material:

Main objectives/deliverables are:

— to effectively acquire on demand a variety of standard and high-level promotional material and a range of top-quality ancillary services in support of both the Agency's internal and external communication activities,

— the distribution of printed information material to specialised target groups, the media, the general public and staff members.
