Develop and maintain integrated plans to ensure timely monitoring of program and project activities on a regular basis and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate
Collaborate with Aireon engineering, safety, and operations teams to develop and execute multi-year projects and programs
Work closely with the internal team and development partners to ensure collaboration and successful planning and execution of service design milestones
Coordinate and schedule project meetings including taking notes, actions and following up with participants
Work with various stakeholders and functional leads to timely identify dependencies, issues, and risks across projects
Support the development of processes and procedures for the team to ensure completion of milestones within specific budgets and schedules; assist with team resource planning
Liaise with other project managers and partners to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery

Required Qualifications
Working experience with project management and product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
Experience with the development and management of project, program, and Integrated Master Schedules
Experience with Agile and traditional project scheduling and tracking processes
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with ability to proactively build rapport among stakeholders
Able to succeed in high-pressure, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and competitive environment
Working experience in Aviation or Aerospace industry a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management support role
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
