EUROCONTROL - Airline / Pilot Awareness Training

In the context of building knowledge and awareness to support its research activity, EUROCONTROL plans to provide airline / pilot awareness training to staff, using its own flight simulation cockpit. In addition to the need identified above, the training will also cover current aircraft equipage and impact of future SESAR concepts on airlines and the cockpit. This task covers the development and delivery of a one day and a half training course for staff, using our flight simulation cockpit. The task will be split into three parts: a pilot phase for 16 staff members to test and comment the training, a training of 16 staff members, and finally a series of options for additional training. The chosen trainer should have current airline and flying experience, with cockpit training and should have in-depth knowledge of SESAR ATM concepts and future aircraft capabilities.
