USA - Ukraine AWOS and PAPI Systems

The program is in support of USG's foreign partner, the UAF.  The program will provide two (2) AWOS systems and four (4) PAPI systems. The procurement effort includes contractor site survey, systems production, systems installation, acceptance testing, Operator & Maintainer (O&M) training, flight inspection, spares, consumables, warranty, repair/return, & Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services.  

The procurement effort includes provisioning fiber-optic (FO) communications infrastructure cable extensions from existing infrastructure FO and equipment from the systems electronic to the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) for system remote equipment integration.  The procurements also include provisioning electrical power infrastructure from existing electrical power infrastructure.  The procurement includes installation of all necessary directly buried system cables required for full system integration.  All fiber and power cable elements will be direct buried, and not include conduits and manholes.

 

One (1) AWOS system and two (2) PAPI systems, for Runway 29 and Runway 11, will be provisioned for Starokostyantyniv Air Base. 

One (1) AWOS system and two (2) PAPI systems, for Runway 29 and Runway 11,  will be provisioned for Ozerne Air Base.
