ATC Global Awards 2008 Finalists Announced

| The finalists for the ATC Global Awards 2008 have just been announced ahead of the Awards ceremony, which will take place on day one of ATC Global Tuesday 11th March at the Amsterdam RAI Convention Center, Netherlands. |

Now in their eighth year, the annual ATC Global Awards recognise and reward excellence within the ATM industry. Organised by ATC Globals lead media partner - Jane's Airport Review and sponsored by Thales, the awards highlight contributions made toward safer skies, capacity enhancements and increases in efficiency within the airspace management industry.
The winners will be selected by a panel of senior representatives from the Federal Aviation Administration, Eurocontrol, IATA, CANSO and Janes Information Group and will be announced at the awards ceremony.
There are six awards, designed to reward new developments as well as collaborative ventures. The shortlisted nominations are:

Service Provision Award NATS UK LARS radar service ANS Czech Republic - New Integrated Air Traffic Control Centre (IATCC), Prague NATS UK London TC move to Swanwick European ATM Award EUROCONTROL - Airport operations programme
The Awards will take place in the Holland Restaurant, Amsterdam RAI, at 17.30-19.00 on Tuesday 11th March and are free for all visitors, delegates and exhibitors to attend.
