45th FAAMA Convention and Managing the Skies Expo

The 45th FAAMA Convention and Managing the Skies Expo will take place at Walt Disney World's Yacht and Beach Club Resort in Orlando, Florida from September 20-24, 2026.   

Our 2026 Theme is "All Positions - One Mission -To the Future and Beyond” Working Together with Leadership and Integrators to Modernize the National Airspace.  This convention will provide opportunities for building new relationships, networking, and collaboration between FAAMA leadership and members with FAA administration. With advancements in technology, new hurdles must be overcome by you and your team. The FAA Managers Association is committed to providing its members with world-class leadership training to remain effective leaders that foster positive work environments and safe skies.  FAAMA partners with corporate aviation industry suppliers for information, education, and technology solutions to provide guidance and support in the annual Managing the Skies Expo. This annual event gives members and their guests an unprecedented opportunity to visit with old friends and make new ones, recharge and refocus energy, and move on to the next challenge through personal development from world-class leadership training.
