6th Annual China Airport Summit

With the implementation of 25 key construction projects in 2010, and following the construction or renovation of 22 airports in 2009, China is taking bold steps to expand and upgrade its airport infrastructure to keep pace with the demands of its growing economy. Air passenger traffic in China witnessed double-digit growth in the early years of the present decade. With this influx of passengers, China is currently adding to its network capacity through new airport construction, airport upgrading and expansion.
