Accelerating SWIM Implementation

Event description

Snowflake Software has been acquired by Cirium (Feb., 2020), expanding Cirium's aviation analytics. Cirium, which is part of RELX, expects the acquisition to give the combined group a world-class capability in handling live flight data for the global air transport industry.

System Wide Information Management (SWIM) is a topic that is often discussed without the wider context of the operational benefits or recognition of what is required to implement it in the real world. Last year the SWIM Gateway, an instance of Snowflake Software's Flight Object Manager product, went operational in the United Arab Emirates, and we have since been accelerating our customers' SWIM roadmaps through further installations in the ASEAN SWIM Trial.

Join our aviation industry and technology experts as they provide you with top tips for implementing SWIM.

Find out more about:

  •  Why a unified gate-to-gate view of Flight Object information to enhance collaborative decision making within ATC operations is so important.
  •  How ANSPs and other ATC stakeholders can achieve ground-ground interoperability
  •  How Cirium can help as a key enabler for ICAO ASBUs, such as FF-ICE, CDM, cross-border ATFM, cross-border arrivals management, and SWIM implementation
