CANSO - the Global Voice of ATM is pleased to announce the 2nd CANSO Middle East ANSP, Airspace User & Stakeholder Engagement Conference, kindly co-hosted by CARC Jordan and JATCA in Amman on 21-22 November 2011.

At the first MEAUSE Conference in November 2010, the MEAUSE Workgroup was created with the aim of establishing a regional consultation mechanism to strengthen the relationship between Middle East aviation stakeholders and to align their vision and plans for the future development of the regions airspace. At this years conference the results of our joint activities will be presented.

Who will you meet?

We invite all Regulators, Air Navigation Services Providers, Airports, Military and Civil Airspace Users and Suppliers to join us in Amman to discuss these results, to share experiences and views, to exchange best practice, to evaluate emerging issues and to jointly take the next step towards successful stakeholder collaboration.

Key topics include:

• Presentation of Middle East Guide to Customer Relationship Management
• Analysis of the MEAUSE stakeholder surveys to align future visions and plans
• Achievements to date of the Middle East Regional Airspace Review (MIDRAR) Project
• ANSP and Airspace user collaboration as well as regional and worldwide A-CDM
• Civil-Military Cooperation from a military perspective: As much of the national planning and coordination of the development of the future aviation system fall under the remit of the Military, this conference presents the perfect opportunity to give voice to the views, requirements and expectations of this important stakeholder.
