Future Travel Experience Global 2013

This unique independent global forum for travel industry stakeholders will focus on the end-to-end travel process from the passenger point of view – from the moment of booking through to the collection of baggage at the arrival destination – and will assess how every aspect of the passenger experience on the ground can be improved. This year’s meeting will break new ground by introducing a new conference stream “Up in the Air” which will run parallel to our traditional conference stream, and will solely tackle improving the passenger experience in the air.
