Global AIM Congress Industry Stream Workshop:

Time 09:30-10:30 In recent years, many improvements have been made to AIS operations as it moves to aeronautical information management. However, in some crucial area, operational procedures are falling short. This workshop will give attendees a chance to explore some these issues, such as safely originating data and maintaining integrity during AIXM storage. The topics discussed will include: electronic data transmission vs. data entry; creating valid AIXM; importing data into systems; checking data within the database; roles and responsibilities in AIXM data management and safe use of AIXM in production environments.
