Company information
Established in 1986 through consolidation of different companies, Inster Group has grown internally and by acquisitions.
Inster Group began by acquiring information technology companies expert in products and services, particularly in the command, control, communication, computing, intelligence, and surveillance arena, serving as much to the country's defense as to the general public with aviation communication and car parking control systems . In 2006 COSIEN, S.A. was acquired. During 2007 were also incorporated to the Group 100% of Anta Comunicaciones, S.L. (today Inster Comunicaciones, S.L.), 55% of CO.PR. Elettronica, Srl, and 87% of La Maquinista Valenciana, S.A.
In the last three years Inster Group has also constituted international subsidiaries in several countries such as Morocco, Indonesia and Italy.
