SafeSkys’ senior management has over 40 years’ experience in ATC and the provision of airport services. The Company currently employs 74 staff at 20 airports and airfields in the UK and Europe. SafeSkys has contracts with the UK Ministry of Defence and UK regional airports. SafeSkys is recognised by Eurocontrol & the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), is a member of the Guild of Air Traffic Control Officers (GATCO), a founder member of the British Aviation Group (BAG), a founder member of the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC), is an associate member of the Airport Operators Association (AOA) and a member of Airports Council International (ACI). SafeSkys is regularly consulted by the UK CAA on issues which affect ATC safety.

SafeSkys is BS EN ISO 9001:2000, BS EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accredited and is the World’s largest provider of airport Bird Control Services, currently providing Bird Control Services at 12 airports and airfields. SafeSkys has trained bird controllers for 74 airports. SafeSkys currently provides technicians who service and maintain NAVAIDS/communications/radar on UK/European airports. SafeSkys manages EURATCO, which provides European-qualified ATC Officers to European airports.

AvianSafe is a wholly owned subsidiary of SafeSkys which supplies bird control and wildlife management consultancy services including audits, 13 km surveys and tri- annual site visits.
