Dispatcher Altitude

Operational direction & coordination:

• You are ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the entire Altitude operations during your shift.
• You monitor the planning, flow and occupancy.
• You proactively anticipate peak moments, changes and unforeseen situations.

Team management & task distribution:

• You manage lounge agents during your shift. You give clear briefings.
• You divide tasks based on priorities and competencies, and create structure, peace and clarity in the implementation.

Operational excellence & customer experience: 

• You ensure a consistent premium hospitality experience.
• You will oversee service, quality and behavioral standards.
• You act appropriately in the event of complaints, incidents or deviations.

Process discipline & uniformity:

• You apply SOPs, procedures and guidelines correctly.
• You accurately record and report operational data.
• You actively contribute to a uniform operation between dispatchers.

Communication & collaboration:

• You communicate clearly, professionally and purposefully with the team and stakeholders, even under pressure.
• You actively contribute to a constructive and positive team dynamic.
