Air Transport Strategic Studies Engineer

Qualifications

Aeronautical Engineering

Typical functions:

• Studies on connectivity and price trends for air transport in the non-peninsular regions. These studies will be prepared for the Air Transport Connectivity and Price Observatory.
• Analysis of the current situation of airlines operating in the Spanish air market and of airports of general interest.
• Analysis of the evolution and current state of commercial air traffic in Spain.
• Studies on the situation of the air market and related companies, which may include, among other things, strike situations or slot allocation analysis.
• Submission of reports and data to international and national organizations.

Essential requirements that the candidate must meet:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in activities related to the aeronautical field.
• MS 365
• 2 to 4 years of experience

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in the air transport sector, including airlines and airport operations.
• Experience using Excel, Access, and/or Power BI for data processing and visualization.

Knowledge of economics, market operations, and strategic analysis.

English: 700 points on TOEIC test (listening, reading)

INDEFINITE CONTRACT OFFERED

(For selection processes, the TOEIC test will be valid for two years from the date of its last administration through ISDEFE. Exceptionally, when a minimum level of English is required, the person may retake the test provided that at least three months have passed since the last test administered by ISDEFE. Internal staff will be governed by company policy.)
