Basics for Systems Engineer of Command and Control

Required Qualification

• STEM university degree.

Usual Functions

• Implementation of the complete process of acquiring command and control systems for airspace monitoring management, including the technical project management tasks related to assisting with the validation tests of the operation and use of the systems.

Essential requirements that the candidate must meet:

Years of experience: Between 2 and 4 years.

Type of experience:

• Requirements identification.
• Definition of technical solutions that respond to the identified needs.
• Analysis of technical options for determining a solution.
• Preparation of contractual documentation for carrying out the contracting process.
• Preparation of project valuation reports necessary for the completion of the acquisition process.
• Analysis of received documentation on project development proposals, including the analysis of test protocols.
• Preparation of proposals, if appropriate, for improvements to said documentation.
• Test assistance including test supervision and preparation of reports on the tests performed.
• Support in the management of the systems necessary for the life cycle, support for the information systems necessary for the implementation of maintenance services in the concept of logistical support defined in the program or file.

Knowledge:

• Command and control systems (e.g., radars, radio aids).
• Secure communication systems and real-time information management.
• SW development protocols.
• Microsoft Office.

Desirable requirements:

Experience:

• Public procurement.
• Data governance and inclusion of quality criteria in data governance.
• CIS ICT architectures in complex systems and environments.

Knowledge :

• Command and control systems of the Ministry of Defense.
• Managing complex projects using agile methodologies.

English : 700 points on TOEIC test (reading, listening) is acceptable

(For selection processes, the TOEIC test will be valid for two years from the date of its last administration through ISDEFE. Exceptionally, when a minimum level of English is required, the person may retake the test provided that at least three months have passed since the last test administered by ISDEFE. Internal staff will be governed by company policy.)
