Intelcan commissions Navigational Aids at Zielona Gora International Airport in Poland

Intelcan successfully delivered, installed and commissioned a CAT II SKYNAV Instrument Landing System (ILS) and its SKYNAV Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) at the International Airport in Zielona Góra.  The ILS and DME systems are now operational and functioning as expected. This is the third Navigational Aid system that Intelcan installed in Poland. Similarly to the first two systems installed in Wrocław and Lublin, the Instrument Landing System in Zielona Góra is a CAT III SKYNAV ILS product that operates as a CAT II system.

The SKYNAV ILS N8000 exceeds the highest standards for precise radio guidance in the aircraft’s final approach and landing. The SKNAV DME N9000 contains flexible configurations that offer: Single and Dual transponder and monitoring, Cold or Hot Standby configuration and Omni-Directional or Unidirectional Antenna systems.
