65th Gordon Bennett Cup

The 65th Gordon Bennett Cup will take place from St.Gallen, Switzerland on September 2nd 2022.

19 balloon teams will participate with a competition area slightly reduced from last time with the Ukrainian airspace closed.

ANSPs will be paramount in ensuring the safe passage of the competition. The prevailing winds will be key to predicting the tactics of the 19 teams. Skyguide will look after the safe flights of the competitors from the launch.
