ATCA Tech Symposium Joins ATCA Annual in November

- Alexandria, VA.USA.

The Air Traffic Control Association’s (ATCA) Tech Symposium scheduled for May 3-5, 2022, joins ATCA Annual programming in November. ATCA’s goal is to get back to hosting in-person events for our members, sponsors, and exhibitors. ATCA and FAA leadership concluded that since the FAA return to work is still undetermined, it would be better to host Tech Symposium programming during the upcoming ATCA Annual Conference & Exhibition on November 6-9, 2022, where we hope to gather in person for the premier air traffic management event of the year.

ATCA wants to get back together in person for our upcoming conferences and symposiums while still offering a hybrid option for those who would prefer to attend virtually. ATCA will focus on planning top-notch, in-person events for the remainder of the year including:

  • World ATM Congress 2022 - the world’s largest international air traffic management (ATM) exhibition and conference attracting over 7,500 people each year. Held in Madrid, Spain, June 21-23. Learn more at www.worldatmcongress.org.
  • 2022 Joint Service Air Traffic Control Symposium - allows senior military and civilian professionals from the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine Corps to enlighten, inspire, and educate junior and senior military air traffic controllers on ATC’s latest technological advances, operational enhancements, and policy changes. Held in Myrtle Beach, SC, August 15-19. Learn more at www.atca.org/joint-service-symposium.
  • ATCA presents Aviation Cybersecurity - the only cybersecurity event dedicated solely to aviation and air traffic management. Held in August. More details to come as they are released.
  • ATCA Annual Conference & Exposition - the premier forum for aviation professionals. The conference includes three days of presentations, seminars, networking opportunities, and exhibition with the participation of internationally recognized experts in the ATC/ATM industry.
