BAE Systems Awards Micro Nav Simulator Contract for the Royal Saudi Air Force
BAE Systems has awarded Micro Nav Ltd with a contract to supply the BEST Tower and radar Air Traffic Control (ATC) simulator for the Royal Saudi Air Force.
first simulator system will be ready for training in October 2013 with all deliveries complete by August 2014.
Micro Nav's BEST ATC simulator system is a scalable solution that addresses ATC and Air Defence training requirements. The flexibility of the BEST ATC simulator allows the user to design exercises that support differing levels of training from ab-initio through rating and validation, as well as conversion and refresher training.
Micro Nav have also secured a software support contract with BAE Systems until the end of 2016.
