Cambridge Pixel To Showcase C2 Software at DALO
Cambridge Pixel, a leading UK-based software engineering company renowned for expertise in radar and sensor/effector processing, tracking and display (www.cambridgepixel.com), is showcasing its innovative VSD-C2 display software at this week’s DALO Industry Days, Scandinavia’s largest defence industry exhibition.
The annual event takes place at MCH Messecenter in Herning, Denmark. Cambridge Pixel will be on stand C2634 from 19-20 August.
Scandinavia is an important market for Cambridge Pixel and DALO offers an excellent opportunity to showcase its hardware agnostic radar processing and tracking products and C2 display software to government representatives from numerous NATO allies and partner nations, as well as their defence and procurement authorities.
Cambridge Pixel’s VSD-C2 application bridges the gap between commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and bespoke command & control (C2) display software and is targeted at sensor and effector developers and systems integrators covering security, surveillance, military C2 and counter-UAS systems. VSD-C2 supports a wide range of radars, many camera types, video tracking, and third-party AI modules.
VSD-C2 includes support for multiple different types of C2 sensors/effectors. It integrates readily with existing system components and makes it easier to adapt systems as threats and operational requirements evolve. The software provides a flexible operator interface, with highly configurable screen layouts and workflows to support different missions, roles, and deployment environments.
VSD-C2 can be used by sensor and effector developers who need a proven display application to bundle with their products, or by system integrators looking for an operator display that works effectively across multiple components within a wider system.
DALO Industry Days is Scandinavia’s largest defence industry exhibition and an annual meeting point for the Danish Armed Forces, the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO), and the national and international defence industry. The event is the meeting point for the land, maritime, air & space, cyber, IT and security industries, as well as for companies with products relevant to the defence industry.
Cambridge Pixel’s technology is proven with BAE Systems, Blighter, British Royal Navy, Echodyne, Furuno, Hanwha, Hensoldt, L3Harris, Lockheed Martin, OpenWorks, OSI Maritime, QinetiQ, Raymarine, Raytheon, Robin Radar Systems, Sea-Kit, Saab, Simrad, Thales, the US Navy and many other organisations operating in 65 different countries across the defence, security, maritime, air traffic control and unmanned surface vehicles (USV) markets.
