COMSOFT Signed Teaming Agreement with Synclude

German ATM specialist COMSOFT and the Belgian electronic AIP specialist Synclude sign agreement to further deepen their business partnership in joint AIM activities.
syncludeThe German ATM specialist COMSOFT and the Belgian software and service provider to the aeronautical information domain, Synclude, both have a long track record of AIM projects. Now, the two key players join forces to combine and further develop their respective products. This will facilitate the paradigm shift the AIM community is undertaking in order to improve data quality and flight safety. In particular this means full integration of dynamic and static data as well as transition from paper based AIS products to electronic Aeronautical Information Management (AIM). Besides a tight system integration, customers will also greatly benefit from joint implementation of leading edge technologies and concepts like AIXM-5, digital NOTAM (xNOTAM), Integrated Briefing, and the Aeronautical Application Bus Architecture. Both companies have a solid base in the AIM sector, Synclude being a successful specialist and market leader for eAIP, while COMSOFT's portfolio covers a large variety of products, reflecting the manifold demands of the whole ATM market. Synclude's eAIP solution GroupVerve enriches COMSOFT's AIS/AIM product family CADAS to an extent strongly welcomed by its users. The successful COMSOFT-Synclude cooperation has now progressed to a strong partnership which has become effective on August 1st, 2008.
