COMSOFT successfully implements AIDA-FPL for Singapore CAA

As the clock ticks closer to the deadline to transit to ICAOs new flight plan format in November this year, Civil Aviation Authorityof Singapore (CAAS) has joined other Air Navigation Service Providersin opting for COMSOFTs AIDA-FPL Flight Plan Convertor.
ICAO requires all ANSPs to transit to the new flight plan format by 15th November 2012. To assist ANSPs in their transition to the new flight plan format, COMSOFT launched its AIDA-FPL Flight Plan Convertor late last year, allowing for two-way conversion from the New to the Present format and vice versa.

Many ANSPs worldwide are choosing COMSOFTs AIDA-FPL solution, which is based on the proven AIDA-NG solution. Just recently, COMSOFT successfully implemented the AIDA-FPL convertor for CAAS, allowing its existing Air Traffic Management Systems to support the new format before ICAOs stipulated date.
