ENAIRE continues to modernize its information systems

ENAIRE has initiated a process to implement a new information system management model, whose mission is to provide solutions (processes and technology) that improve the technical and economic efficiency of its current services, based on the requirements of ISO 20000-1:2018 and the best practices of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) as a guide, all implemented in tools that adhere to their best practices.

As a result, at its meeting on 26 April, ENAIRE's Governing Board approved the award of a tender to contract ICT management and control services worth 1,844,480 euros (excluding taxes) in order to continuously improve the processes and systems that support information technology.

The purpose of this tender, which was created to modernize the current model, is to be the main interface with the regulatory departments and bodies by supporting audits, the preparation of reports and other tasks, and guaranteeing the effectiveness, efficiency, agility, control and quality of the management model.

ENAIRE will thus continue to ensure the operation and evolution of its systems, their security, the planning, coordination, authorization and control of information technologies, as well as telecommunications, corporate communications, ICT security, development and maintenance of corporate applications and e-government services.
