Exclusive forum showing increasing efficiency in flight operations

- Prague, Czech Repulic

After an "in-depth" research with airlines, Europe Congress is organising a Flight Operations Efficiency Conference, which will be held in Istanbul on 26 and 27 September 2013. Experts from major airlines and aviation authorities will discuss related topical issues, as well as the most recent advances in flight operations research and practices at the Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul, facing the beautiful harbor of Halic  ̶  strategically located among the business district, and the Ataturk International Airport.

The original idea of organizing the conference is essentially the result of the current Airlines interest and their attempt to tackle the recent economic challenges, to limit negative effect of the overall drop in revenue and service quality; to increase revenues and service levels. The event sets the scene to examine the dynamics that underlie flight operations systems ̶ identified as one of the key solution areas for recovering from crisis ̶ in order to find better solutions for cutting costs while maintaining an optimal profile and profit.

Attendees will be offered a flexible agenda with different sessions covering the most crucial areas concerning flight operations efficiency. Experts from among others KLM, Iberia, Airbus, Air France, Eurocontrol and Lufthansa will deliver presentations on fuel management and cost reduction, ATM modernization, new technologies, the European regulatory systems and flight operations, dispatch training and fatigue management.

To achieve a high level of interactivity, apart from Q&A case studies and panel discussions, the programme will also include exhibitions and meetings with service providers; networking breaks on both days, a cocktail reception and a gala dinner.

Historically considered the bridge between the East and the West, Istanbul is regarded as an ideal location to host a worldwide event, which brings together Vice Presidents, Directors, Heads of Flight Operations, Chief Pilots, Directors and Heads of Fuel Management, Air Traffic from various airlines from Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the Americas and Africa.

The attractive venue, exclusivity of the event guaranteed by a limited number of participants (targeted at maximum 60), the tailor-made and interactive programme promises the Flight Operations Efficiency conference to be a valuable asset to the entire Aviation industry.
