- Madrid, Spain.

Visit the Frequentis Aviation Arena at World ATM Congress 2016 in Madrid to hear more about the company's solutions to increase operational efficiency and support the trend for centralisation in airport operations while always supporting the highest levels of safety.

As virtualisation of control centre functions becomes a reality for air traffic communication, cyber security becomes an even more important topic. Appropriate security measures and policies for safe and reliable ATM operations in an international network infrastructure will be in the focus of Frequentis' Maarten van der Lee presentation on 8 March 1:15 pm.

A vivid debate is the aim of the panel, discussing ATM-grade networks on 8 March 3:30 pm. Directed by Bo Redeborn, Executive Business Consultant for Frequentis, and co-chaired by Hermann Mattanovich, Member of the Executive Board at Frequentis. Improved access to data through SWIM (System Wide Information Management) and the implementation of concepts such as virtual centres require most efficient and reliable networks.

Remote towers have to work in demanding environments. Requirements for operations, human-factors and technology form the concept. The remote virtual tower at Saarbrücken provided exceptional insights to that will be showcased on 9 March 11:15 am.

The presentation of Comsoft Solutions and Frequentis – working in collaboration for a safer world – will give deeper insight to the value provided to ANSPs globally. Presented by Markus Heichel, Head of Sales at Comsoft Solutions, and Günter Graf, Head of ATM Automation Solutions at Frequentis, on 9 March 12:30 pm.

The amount of data in ATM is growing continuously.
