GroupEAD, Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) services company, has reached a significant milestone in its company history and is celebrating its 20th anniversary.

Founded in 2001 as a joint venture by Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS), ENAIRE and Frequentis AG, GroupEAD has been providing aeronautical information services to aviation companies all over the world by establishing and maintaining a unique multinational and centralized AIS database.

As European Market Leader in AIM services with more than 18 years of experience and operating the EAD, a Single European Sky certified service, GroupEAD is fully committed to AIM and offers a wide range of services in aeronautical data management and in the evolution from AIS to AIM world-wide.

Over the past 20 years, GroupEAD has become and been internationally recognized as the leader in AIM as a unique AIM and navigation service provider operating from business units in Madrid and Eschborn, Frankfurt. With its skilled employees, GroupEAD has developed successfully and looking forward to a next era of reliable and sustainable service within the frame of digitalization.

Today, GroupEAD successfully offers a wide range of services in aeronautical data management, including operational support, consultancy and training on AIS and AIM, offering AIM and EAD training courses to more than 8.700 students, from more than 100 countries in seven different languages.
