IDS reinforce the cooperation with LFV, Air Navigation Services of Sweden

IDS has confirmed the cooperation with LFV, Air Navigation Services of Sweden. The ceremony took place in Madrid at the World ATM Congress 2018, the world's largest air traffic management exhibition and conference.

In the final months of 2017, LFV selected the IDS AIM SUITE together with a full set of Aeronautical Information Products, to support the implementation of the ADQ-compliant AIM production system of the Swedish ANSP.

Massimo Garbini, Chief Executive Officer of IDS said: “We are delighted to reinforce the collaboration between IDS and LFV for the future of the global ATM environment. I want to thank all IDS's employers and LFV for their enthusiasm in carrying out and renewing this important collaboration."

The IDS-LFV contract includes an ADQ-compliant AIM production system solution and related Services (Maintenance and Support, Development and Resources). The system implements the latest generation of aeronautical data management in compliance with EC 73/2010 and the recommendation from ICAO regarding transition from AIS to AIM.
