Despite the continued spread of COVID-19 worldwide, Insero Air Traffic Solutions navigated the second year of the pandemic with improvements in terms of revenue and turnover.

“COVID-19 continues to have an extensive effect on the airport and aviation industry, causing delays for projects that are not considered safety critical and which may be more of a strategic nature. Despite that, we have grown in number of employees and managed to increase our order backlog and our team has maintained a high level of order deliverance throughout 2021,” says Michael H. Tandrup, CEO of Insero Air Traffic Solutions.

One of several strategic projects in 2021 was the implementation of Insero AviSky to support the Danish ANSP Naviair’s new Remote Tower Centre.

Strongest result in company history

The positive result for the year thus amounts to DKK 5,4m after taxation, up from 3,8m in 2020. The result is the strongest in the history of Insero Air Traffic Solutions.

I would like to thank business partners, suppliers, and customers for the collaboration the past year and their continuous faith in Insero Air Traffic Solutions. The past year has once again been challenging for the ATC/ATM industry, and I am very pleased, that we have been able to create operational value for our customers through cost-effective solutions while improving upon our financial results”, says Michael H. Tandrup.

One of many highlights of 2021 was the 40-year anniversary of Insero Air Traffic Solutions, which took place the 1st of July. Since the founding, Insero Air Traffic Solutions has progressed into a trusted supplier of air traffic solutions in Northern Europe keeping air traffic safe, efficient, and sustainable.
