Inter Airport Europe enjoys outstanding position amongst airport professionals

The show brings together exhibiting companies and trade visitors from all over the world. Two thirds of the 550 exhibiting companies at this years show come from outside Germany, with the majority coming from France, Great Britain, the USA, Italy and the Netherlands. The visitor audience at inter airport Europe is also a highly international one: Half of the 12,000 visitors at the previous event had travelled to Munich from abroad, mainly from other European countries, the Far and Middle East, and the Americas.

This year, the show covers a net exhibition area of 24,500 m2 which is an increase of 2,000 m2 in exhibition space compared with the previous show. Many exhibiting companies have enlarged their stand space, both indoor and outdoor, to display and demonstrate even more of their latest product innovations: from advanced explosives detection systems, intelligent IT-solutions for passenger flow, new baggage handling equipment, hybrid driven GSE to high performance snow blowers and fire fighting vehicles.

Inter Airport Europe 2011 is open from Tuesday 11th October until Friday, 14th October 2011. The exhibition takes place in halls B5 and B6 as well as in the adjacent outdoor area at the Munich Trade Fairgrounds, entrance East (Ost). Opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 9.00 17.00 hrs and Friday, 9.00 15.00 hrs.
