JEPPESEN and Orenburg Airlines of Russia agree to a new Five-year digital Navigation and Flight Planning Service contract

Jeppesen, a unit of Boeing Flight Services, recently agreed to a five-year charting navigation and flight planning service renewal contract with long-standing customer Orenburg Airlines, a leading commercial carrier of Russia.

Jeppesen solutions provided in the agreement include tailored Jeppesen Airway Manual digital charting services, including e-Link Online and e-Link for Windows. The agreement also includes Jeppesens Jetplanner flight planning services, NavData navigational information services and OpsData aircraft performance analysis to maximize operational efficiency for the airline. 
 
Jeppesens industry-transforming services help Orenburg Airlines continue its progression from using paper to integrating digital navigation and flight information in its operations. Jeppesen will deliver tailored digital charting services for the Russian carrier, which includes access to Web-based e-Link tailored charting, presented in a Windows operating environment.

Jeppesen OpsData services included in the agreement provide Orenburg Airlines with on-demand aircraft performance analysis to enhance efficiency. OpsData services also integrate the most complete obstacle database for airports worldwide. Jeppesens industry-leading flight planning services provided through the commercial aviation Jetplanner solution display optimized routing options and preferred routes set by the airline, to reduce workload.
