Jotron successfully completed the implementation of advanced ATC recording solutions for PANSA

- Larvik, Norway.

Jotron, a global leader in advanced communication systems, secured a significant contract in partnership with Polish technology company INNERGO in January 2025. The contract was signed following an open tender issued by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) to modernize recording systems at 14 airports across the country. Jotron has supplied its state-of-the-art Ricochet voice recording system, along with screen recording capabilities.

Together with prime contractor INNERGO, Jotron implemented Ricochet voice and screen recording systems at key Air Traffic Control (ATC) centers and international airports, including Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, Katowice, and Poznań.

The solution comprised 14 local recording systems equipped with integrated replay functionality and a centralized, advanced replay platform installed at PANSA‘s Area Control Center (ACC) in Warsaw. This architecture enabled secure, remote access and replay from all connected airports, significantly improving coordination, situational awareness, and operational efficiency across the national air traffic control infrastructure.

Advanced ATC recording solutions

With more than 4,000 audio channels and 120 screens covered under the project, the implementation is one of the most advanced of its kind in the region. This contract further strengthens Ricochet’s position as the leading global voice and screen recording system for ATC.

“Working alongside our strategic partner Jotron, we are proud to contribute to the modernization of Poland’s air traffic management systems. The new project marks the next step in that evolution, led by INNERGO as the main integrator bringing advanced recording and monitoring technology to Poland’s airports,” said Bartłomiej Chmurzyński, Business Development Director from INNERGO.

“This achievement builds on our long-standing cooperation with PANSA and reinforces Jotron’s role as a trusted provider of mission-critical communication and recording solutions," adds Christian Pindsle, International Sales Director, ATC & Coastal. " Together with INNERGO, we continue to enhance safety, efficiency, and long-term resilience in Polish aviation.”
