Metron Aviation Appoints Greg Feldman Vice President of Systems Engineering

Dulles, VirginiaJanuary 14, 2010 Metron Aviation has appointed Greg Feldman as Vice President of Systems Engineering.
Greg FeldmanMr. Feldman possesses over 20 years of experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM) research, systems engineering, architecture development, fast-time simulation development and analysis, product design and development, technical project management, configuration management and quality engineering. Mr. Feldman joins Metron Aviation from Flatirons Solutions, where he was Vice President of Engineering. He provided ATM technical leadership and direction across all engineering units, while providing systems engineering support to the FAAs System Operations group (ATO-R). Gregs ATM engineering expertise makes him an invaluable addition to the Metron Aviation team of subject matter experts, said Jack Kies, President. Greg combines a tremendous depth of multi-functional ATM experience with technology expertise, which positions him well for developing new collaborative solutions. Mr. Feldman is a subject matter expert in Time Based Flow Management (TBFM), specializing in concept engineering and technical planning. His professional experience also stems from numerous positions at Northrop Grumman and Texas Instruments Defense Systems and Electronics Group. He authored many notable papers, including VISAGE: A New Vision for Aeronautical and Geospatial Data Visualization and Analysis and Improving Airline Schedule Management through Accurate Flight Arrival Prediction.
