Murzilli Consulting’s Spanish Entity Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management Systems

Murzilli Consulting, the consultancy firm offering 360° services for regulation, technology and strategy for innovative aviation stakeholders, has been officially certified under ISO 9001:2015 by EQA for its Quality Management System (QMS).

The certification covers the following scope: “Consultancy on Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS), Design and Delivery of Training Programmes on Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS), and Flight Procedure Design (FPD).”

This milestone demonstrates that Murzilli Consulting’s Spanish entity, M&K UAS and Space Spain, operates in full compliance with international standards for quality management and that its internal processes are aligned with globally recognised best practices.

Certification Framework and Scope

The certification process involved a thorough assessment of the company’s management systems, operational methodologies and quality assurance framework.

EQA, an accredited certification body, verified that M&K UAS and Space Spain meets the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for consultancy, training and FPD services.

This certification also confirms the entity’s capability to meet the quality requirements for FPD; a critical service area within airspace management and advanced air mobility (AAM) operations. FPD activities include the design, documentation, validation, maintenance and periodic review of flight procedures, ensuring safe and efficient navigation in compliance with international standards.

In addition, M&K UAS and Space Spain has received EQA accreditation, affirming its technical competence to perform certified quality checks and maintain excellence in all certified domains.

Ensuring Consistent Quality Across Consultancy, Training and FPD Services

According to Murzilli Consulting’s leadership, this milestone emphasises the group’s commitment to operational excellence and to maintaining verifiable standards across all its consulting and training activities.

These programmes are now officially recognised under ISO 9001:2015 for their quality management in UAS education and professional training delivery.

Supporting the Expansion of Certified Flight Procedure Design Services

Following Murzilli Consulting’s announcement at Airspace World 2025 regarding the development of customised FPD services, this certification confirms that the company’s internal processes already comply with the international quality requirements governing this field.

This milestone strengthens Murzilli Consulting’s framework for delivering regulatory, operational and technical services to the highest standards of quality and consistency. It reinforces the company’s ability to support safe and compliant integration of uncrewed aviation activities into complex airspace environments.
