NATS and AVTECH Sweden sign MOU

Today AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with NATS which provides a framework to enable strategic cooperation and to develop new product offerings and to generate increased business.

AVTECH is a Swedish publicly listed company that develops services and products for digital Air Traffic Management. Its customers include airlines, airports, aviation authorities, technology companies and aircraft manufacturers who use AVTECHs products/services to optimize operations in terms of cost, noise and emission, capacity, efficiency, punctuality and safety.

Signing the Memorandum of Understanding with NATS is a very important step for AVTECH. NATS is the premier Air Navigation Service Provider in the world with a strong focus on commercial activities, and an international growth-plan that goes hand-in-hand with AVTECHs. The MoU was preceded by in-depth discussions on the compatibility between the two companies products, technical know-how and capabilities. The joint understanding is that the companies have all the prerequisites to supplement and support each other well in a number of areas, says Chairman of the Board in AVTECH Sweden AB (publ), Lars GV Lindberg.

The Memorandum of Understanding is to be followed by in-depth discussions on potential areas of cooperation, after which a number of activities are intended to commence.
