Naviair to guide aircraft safely through Danish airspace using recording
Technology leader Ricochet has signed a contract with Danish Naviair for supplying of recording solution to Billund Airport. The installation will take place by the end of this year.
Ricochet delivers state-of-the-art recording solutions for audio, radar, screen and CCTV. The companys software solution has become the system of choice on a global basis with satisfied customers in 300 airports, marine ports and finance institutions.
Ricochet will deliver a fully redundant recording system to Billund - the second largest airport in Denmark. Naviair develops and provides safe and efficient air traffic management. By selecting Ricochet, the Danish aviation community will have the most proven and safe recording technology available. Billund Airport handles more than two million passengers a year and serves as one of Denmark's busiest air cargo centers.
Naviair is a State Enterprise under the Danish Ministry of Transport and has a staff of 660 persons.
