S7 Airlines chooses DW International for RAIM predictions

DWI is pleased to announce that S7 Airlines has adopted the GNSS RAIM/RNP Prediction Service (GRPS) Web UI to support its PBN operations. S7 Airlines, headquartered in Novosibirsk Oblast, is Russia's fastest-growing airline and recently passed Aeroflot as Russia's largest domestic airline.

The web service provides a user-friendly interface allowing flight planners and dispatchers to store tail configurations, aerodromes, waypoints and entire routes to reduce workload and potential human error. S7 Airlines will continue to receive support from the DWI dedicated support helpdesk.

“GRPS will help S7 Airlines with their operations into Hong Kong International Airport now the Basic-RNP 1 mandate has been introduced as well as their other destinations” said Charles Thornberry, Senior Consultant at DW International. “We’re happy to welcome S7 Airlines to the community of GRPS users!”

"S7 has adopted GRPS software application to its flight planning and pilots briefing procedures with an aim of preventing risks of operational stability for regions where RNP-1 might be introduced soon. S7 OPS is satisfied with GRPS software's friendly and easy-to-use interface," said Shestov Sergey, S7 Director of OCC.
