SITTI expansion in Indonesia
In the past years, SITTI has already supplied the Indonesian Air Force (TNI) with several VCSs (Voice Communication System) that have been successfully installed in the country for the control and management of the air traffic, both military and civil. The supplied VCS systems demonstrated their top-edge reliability and flexibility over a long period, thus suggesting their further installation at other sites and the upgrade of the existing ones to cope with new needs.
In this context, SITTI supplied the Indonesian Air Force with a new VCS system belonging to the renowned M800IP® family to be installed at Koopsud III site in the East of the country, equipped with some CWPs (Controller Working Position) having access to a large number of VoIP and analogue channels. Best signal selection (BSS) modules provide the best received audio in case of multiple radio receivers. In addition to the VCS, a VRS800S Voice Recording System was also supplied, together with its replay workstation.
Other sites have also undergone appropriate upgrades to fulfil the requirements set by the Air Force, with special attention to standard compliant radio links and telephone lines, conformant to the world-famous VoIP EUROCAE ED137 document.
SITTI is at the forefront in the development of state-of-the-art systems for the most efficient, reliable, effective management and control of aircraft for both civil and military applications.
