Skyguide appoints new Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer

Skyguide's Board of Directors has appointed Eva Maria Bieda as the new Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer (CCO) and member of Skyguide's Executive Board. In this role, Eva Maria Bieda succeeds Myriam Käser, who is leaving the company after six years to join the Executive Board of Swisscom.

- Geneva, Switzerland.

Eva Maria Bieda will be Skyguide's new Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer as of 1 June 2024. For the past three years, she has led the organisational change management, communications and training team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd as part of the company-wide ERP implementation programme. Prior to that, she held various leadership positions in communications and change management with increasing responsibility at Compaq/HP Computers, La Roche, Alstom Power, Doosan Power Systems and Dow Chemicals and ran her own communications consultancy for several years. She acquired a diploma in marketing communications and public relations in Cologne before later studying applied psychology in Zurich and organisational development at the Institute for Systemic Coaching in Wiesloch (Germany).

"With her many years of communications and management experience in highly regulated industries, Eva Maria Bieda is the right person to help lead the company through the next phases of its transformation. I am convinced that she will ideally complement the Skyguide Executive Board and I am very pleased to have her in our team soon," says Alex Bristol, CEO of Skyguide.
