SYSTEMS INTERFACE Flying high with the award of a second contract for London Southend Airport

Following the success of the Phase One project for the new Control Tower at London Southend Airport, Stobart Developments has awarded a further significant contract to Surrey based Systems Interface for the Navigation Aids, Meteorological Equipment and Airfield Ground Lighting.

For this second phase of the airport expansion project, Systems Interface will supply two Instrument Landing Systems (ILS), Distance Measuring Equipment (DME), Instrument Runway Visual Range (IRVR) including all associated civil works power and
communication infrastructure as well as complete systems design and an integration package.

In addition Systems Interface will supply and install a complete CAT I Airfield Ground Lighting system including all associated civil works, system design and integration.
