ACTION STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

The strategic objective of the Civil Aviation Authority is to:

  • Improve the legal environment of the civil aviation sector;
  • to implement professional control and coordination in civil aviation activities;
  • improve the quality and accessibility of air navigation services;
  • improve the quality and accessibility of airport services;
  • Implement policies and regulations aimed at developing air transport;
  • Introduce a system for planning, preparing, training and capacity building of the sector, and providing administrative and human resource management;

Within the scope of the 1st objective of the Operational Strategy :

  • Provide professional methodology for the development of civil aviation legislation and provide all-round support;

  • develop proposals on tariff, discounts and compensation for freight and passenger transportation;
  •  to prepare for the establishment of foreign countries and international treaties and agreements with international organizations on issues related to the civil aviation sector, joining sided treaties and international members it shall provide professional cooperation and enable participation in professional organizations, to contract for the preparation of the workforce to foreign countries ;
  • to provide users with information based on statistical real survey of civil aviation sector statistics ;

  • ensure the leadership of public administration;

 Within the scope of the seventh objective of the Action Strategy :

The Government Implementing Agency of the Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia designs the following action model:

The Civil Aviation Regulations, or the source of the Strategic Management, Supervision, and Coordination of the Civil Aviation Authority shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulations. The certificate holder shall provide the certificate holder to the aircraft operator, civil aviation operator, training, freight forwarder and other organizations, professional license holders, domestic airlines, airlines, airports and passengers.
